Publishing on autopilot without losing control
How approval gates, draft mode and a per-cycle AI budget let you automate publishing while keeping a hand on the brake.
Full automation fails for a boring reason: the cost of one bad published page is much higher than the benefit of one good one. The fix is not less automation — it is putting the brakes where they matter.
Three brakes worth having
- Draft mode. Everything is written, illustrated and scored, then waits for a click.
- Approval gates. The site analysis and the keyword pool need a human signature before the pipeline runs on them.
- A spend ceiling. Each plan has a monthly AI budget in dollars, sized to the content it includes — including image regenerations. When it is used up, generation pauses instead of surprising you.
Then let it run
With those in place, fully autonomous mode is a reasonable default for most sites: finished articles publish themselves to WordPress or your Lovable site, content refreshes included, and you review outcomes rather than every draft.
